You’re here because something in your relationship or life feels stuck. Decisions feel heavy, tension keeps showing up, or past challenges continue to affect the present. You’ve taken the first step by seeking support, and that’s a courageous choice.

I work with individuals, couples, and families to navigate relationship struggles, understand what’s happening between you, and support you in making thoughtful choices. Couples often seek support for challenges like feeling disconnected, getting stuck in repeated patterns where one partner chases and the other pulls away, trust or betrayal issues, feeling overly responsible for each other, substance use, or difficulty communicating. I also provide discernment counseling for couples who are unsure whether to stay together, need help clarifying their options, or want guidance in deciding the next steps for their relationship. Services are offered in person in St. Louis or virtually for clients in Missouri, Illinois, and Florida.

Couples On The Brink

If you or your spouse or life partner are considering divorce or ending the relationship but are not completely sure that’s the best path, you are in a tough spot. And Discernment Counseling is designed for you. It’s a chance to slowdown, take a breath, and look at your options for your relationship.

Session 1: $350/2 hours

Sessions 2-5: $262.50/90 minutes

Couple and Family Therapy

Does this sound like you?
You’re feeling the distance between you and your partner(s)/family growing and you are becoming worried. Even in a relationship you’re feeling alone. You want a deeper connection but you aren’t sure how to make that happen.

$175/50 minute session.

Individual Therapy

Does this sound like you?
Everyone in your life has told you what you should do, who you should be, and how you should get there. You’re feeling overwhelmed with the weight of the expectations that others, and yourself, are placing on you.

$150/50 minute session.

Licensure Supervision

I am available for licensure supervision for clinicians interested in pursuing their LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in Missouri. I have several years of experience providing clinical supervision for practicum students, bachelor’s and master’s level staff, and LCSW licensure supervision in a variety of environments.

$100/60 minute weekly session.
